Export documents in bulk

This article explains how you can export all of your documents from ZenEmployee at once in your profile. This feature is only available to you and cannot be carried out by others, for example account administrators.

To generate the batch export in the Documents tab in your profile, follow these steps:

1. Go to your profile > Documents.
2. Next to the search bar, click on the download icon to download all documents.
3. Select Create new data export.

As soon as the export is ready, you will receive an email from ZenEmployee. This may take a little while, depending on the size of your files. The download will then be available for one week from the date of the export. After that, the file will automatically be deleted, and has to be generated again if needed.

Note
DATEV documents are not included in the bulk export from your profile.
