You can request time off directly in ZenEmployee using the Absence Calendar.
To get started:
- Click Calendars on the sidebar.
- Click the arrow next to any absence to see a detailed breakdown of your current balance and past activity.
- Click the Request absence button in the top-right corner.
- Fill in the details and click Request.
You'll receive a notification once your supervisor has approved or denied your request.
Good to know:
- The Me view contains a list of the types of absences you can request. These are set by your company.
- You can personalize your view and add specific employees simply by clicking the + icon above the employees list, or filtering them by office, team, or department.
- Depending on your company setup, you may be able to switch to your department or all employees' views: this can help you stay informed about your colleagues’ availability before sending your own time off requests.
